The prices for private tours are up to a maximum of four people.

We will automatically send you a written booking confirmation by email within 24 hours of your booking.

Private excursions are priced based on the number of people. There is no difference in the price for adults/children.

You only pay for most of our excursions in cash on site. There is therefore no advance payment and no risk. We can offer this option because we have had very good experiences with it for many years. We continue to rely on trust.

Payment for the tour is made in cash on site in AED, euros or Swiss francs.

If you need to cancel an excursion, please write an email to info@yourdubaiguides.com. Include your name, which tour and the date. This is very simple.

You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour (almost all private tours) or up to 96 hours before the start of the tour (a few tours) without giving any reason.

If the tour has to be canceled due to bad weather or natural factors, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
