Browse through stalls filled with fresh fruits, spices, carpets, pottery, toys and handmade souvenirs – a paradise for shoppers and photographers alike.

Next, visit the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Fujairah – the second largest mosque in the United Arab Emirates. Admire its 65 domes, six minarets reaching up to 100 meters, elegant marble courtyards, and beautifully landscaped gardens with fountains. A true highlight is the massive chandelier inside the main prayer hall, standing 18 meters tall and weighing over 7 tons – one of the most impressive in the Gulf region.

Just a few minutes away lies the historic Fujairah Fort, one of the oldest forts in the UAE. Once used as a defense structure and prison, it now opens its doors to visitors offering panoramic views over the city and coastline.

The mosque cannot be visited during Islamic holidays. If it is closed, a photo stop will be provided instead.
