Desription
Let’s kick off your thrilling Visit Dubai adventure in the Al Seef district, a perfect fusion of tradition and modernity. This vibrant district spans 1.8 kilometers along Dubai Creek, offering a mesmerizing juxtaposition of modern, glossy facades on one side and charming, narrow alleys with sandstone and plaster buildings on the other.
Embark on a journey back in time as we explore the timeless Al Fahidi (Bastakiya) on your Visit Dubai tour. This oldest part of Dubai offers a glimpse into the rich history of old Dubai from the mid-19th century, where the original infrastructure has been meticulously preserved. Admire the traditional wind towers and wander through the narrow alleys, delving into the intriguing stories of life before the emirates were founded. You’ll even have the chance to visit historic houses and share a cup of coffee with the locals. Don’t forget to capture the unique experience of the coffee museum, a true gem in the UAE.
Venturing further, we’ll pass through the vibrant Indian quarter before reaching the city’s oldest building, now a captivating museum (currently closed for renovation). Just across the street, you’ll be awestruck by the sight of Dubai’s oldest mosque with its towering minaret, and the UAE’s first Hindu temple. Navigate through the narrow streets leading to Dubai Creek, the heartbeat of the city.
A mere 30 meters away, we’ll arrive at the entrance to the oldest market, where a kaleidoscope of colorful fabrics awaits us at the textile souk. Be spellbound by the endless array of raw silk, cotton, and embroidered materials in this bustling bazaar.
As we emerge from the covered market, we’ll reach the Abra Station Bur Dubai, where wooden boats ferry passengers across the creek to the other side.
Get ready for an exotic sensory adventure as we arrive at the spice market, a vibrant traditional bazaar filled with mountains of aromatic herbs and spices spilling from large baskets. Navigate the narrow corridors and make your way to the dazzling gold souk, home to over ten tons of gold and 170 captivating gold shops.
Your Visit Dubai tour offers a unique opportunity to experience the city’s rich history, culture, and vibrant markets.
