Begin your Al Ain day trip from Dubai with a comfortable drive to the Garden City of the UAE, located near the Omani border. After approximately 1.5 hours, arrive in Al Ain — the second-largest city in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and one of the country’s most historically and culturally rich destinations.

Your Al Ain tour starts at Al Jahili Fort, a magnificent 19th-century fortress built under the rule of Sheikh Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan. Once a royal residence, the fort now stands as a symbol of Al Ain’s heritage and architectural legacy.

Continue to Qasr Al Ain, also known as the Al Ain Palace Museum — the former home of the UAE’s Founding Father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Explore traditional rooms, courtyards, and exhibits that reflect Bedouin life, early governance, and the nation’s transformation after the discovery of oil.

Next, visit the Al Ain Oasis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site covering over 1,200 hectares and home to more than 147,000 date palms. Discover the ancient Falaj irrigation system, which has sustained life here for over 4,000 years and remains in use today.
